Centralised a c is good but not working properly and water leaking in carridar.. Access is very good and all are very polite... There is no balcony that is the problem for smokers.. Improve in breakfast side..

coupleGood hotel to stay. Good location and accessible for all the location easily. Good staff and value for money. Break fast is good. Bath room is very good and hygienic. I will recommend to stay in this hotel. Please improve in other facilities like airport pickup and drop.

Nice location near main road must visit this hotel

The room was city facing view with views of panaji city garden and church. Rooms were spic and span. Aircon was a bit weak here but manageable as it was raining and the weather was cool. Breakfast was good on the 1s floor restaurant and quite filling. Must visit.

I think rooms was good but rooms maintained very bad... I told him to clean the room but I came back after 14hrs room was in same situation. Please maintain customer relationships also.

USP of this hotel is Neat, Clean and compact hotel next to River Mandovi and Panjim main market. It is a small budget hotel and what ever facilities they have it is well maintained. Breakfast was good. Overall it was pleasant stay and value for money.

Has a severe ventilation problem. The rooms are fine but the hotel needs to fix it's air conditioning there are no windows that open AND it gets really suffocating other than that no complaintsuch the locker was umusable

Hotel location and facilities are good, but service was average. Nice hospitality. Friendly staff. But I felt it's not value for money when compared to the price we pay and services we get. Good hospitality when compared to previous hotels. Except some strict rules.
