HOTEL VIKRANT AND RESTAURANT

The hotel is located in top of Mcleodganj.. Bhagsunag waterfalls is in walkable distance from the hotel.. The location of the hotel is good with good parking place.. Food is also good.. Staff is very cooperative.. Overall value for money.

I had to wait for 15 minutes to get a check in. Even hotel stuff did not offer a glass of water while I was waiting for my room. Along with that the room service was pathetic they did not even provide glass of water during the stay. Horrible experience I had, I would not recommend anyone to this hotel.

The hospitality, hygiene, available facilities, accommodation, food quality & preparation location of this hotel is good but reception to customer and cleanliness of the hotel rooms, bathroom along with housekeeping to be improved more.

Nice location easy to approach to any sightseeing

It's a nice budget hotel if you book it online. Location is excellent as it is around 1. 4 kms above Mcleodganj. The points Bhagsunag temple, waterfall are at a walkable distance from the hotel. Do not miss the HPCA cricket ground in Dharamshala if you are a cricket lover. Do visit the Shiva cafe.

Nice location and nice service. Food was good but problem is Makemytrip. Booking time heater was included but same time they charge 250 per day. Called Makemytrip but they listened my problem 8-9 time and on the time of solution they disconnected my phone and everytime called again and again. Very bad experience.

We have not received hot water for morning bath. Its really bad hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to any person. The food is good and tasty.
