No wake-up call in the morning and no provide bill copy and wi-fi.

No hot water in the geyser, no light arrangement they do not started D.G, lift not working due to no power supply, I do not take bath in cold water.

Bad services. Charges for AC room but ac have not blower etc. Waiters not carry your luggage.

Very supporting staff especially Mr. Pandey.

Overall good, the rooms were cleaned but power failures many times. Food facility was average but the location is on the main Road you can prefer it with family. Staff is cooperative. Owner is very good nature. Very good nature, supportive and helpful. Nainital is on Road. Convince are easily available. Suggest it for family.

There were cockroaches spotted on two occasions one near the bed close to the door and another in the bathroom. The flush tank didn’t have water which was resolved after a complaint. The wash basin did not have hot water. The shower pressure was so low that water immediately fell on the top below instead of a good 1.5-2 feet away. The kitchen services were lousy! You won’t be able to eat those “phulkas”. Go there to be miserable.

Kindly do improve. Even you wash toilet sheet was not cleaned. When I ask for soup and towel then the staff provided me. No dust been was in the room. Don't cheat your customers please.

Hotel is good to stay but never avail breakfast, lunch and dinner because rates are too much and taste is very poor.

Room service is very late and the room is not properly clean.

Pathetic experience, the hotel looks good from outside but it was worse from inside room was smelly can't explain how bad that smell I felt after I left the hotel. Dirty bathrooms without geyser no exhaust fan not even a window for ventilation.

Reconnected location. Nice Room with enough space. There is a need for improvement in services and facilities provided by hotel like, WI-FI, Servicing is slow. Overall a good hotel in an affordable range. Staff is cooperating having nice nature. Completely a good experience.

Overall experience was fabulous Clean rooms good staff nice location We had first time trip to Nainital and didn't expect this clean and good environment for this budget friendly hotel. We really liked the rooms and children enjoyed a lot.

Cheap And Best Hotel In This Budget Location is also Good Haldwani to Nainital Road... Room and hotel is also clean Lift Facility is also Available but only Wi-Fi Available in only Reception Area Not in rooms or any Other Areas..
