Hotel O Vaishnavi Classic

my experience in the hotel is very bad it is not a family hotel .but I feel bad it broken my trust.within 1 hour I checked out .

property location is good but I faced problem finding the hotel location. I booked rapido with the hotel name but the location ended 300 meter far from the hotel...The hotel is behind the Zudio(nearest landmark).The hotel staff behavior is good. Recommended to stay here if available in cheapest rate.

Had a great stay here as a couple. Clean, cozy, and the staff was super kind. Will come back! I enjoyed my stay.

Very bad experience in the hotel. The amenities which mentioned in the profile is not providing. Bed , bed sheet floor and bathroom are very bad condition. Stains found in the bed sheet and broken toilet . No tv . Broken AC.

Facilities, bed sheets, towel etc were horrible. Each one had stains and wall paints is so dirty and completely inhabitable. I have pictures of each issue and I saw big lizard crawling all over the walls. Washroom condition too bad, not all cleaned floors and chairs and tables were so dusty. Air condition made so much noise which scared me while sleeping. Location doesn’t match the actual location and it’s such bad entrance. after I experienced all these issues. Would never recommend anyone to this location

Everything was good except there was seepage in the room so it had a weird smell, no complimentary mineral water bottle was given. The washroom was very small as compared to the room. Other than that everything was fine and manageable

The location is good. Room service is absolutely zero. Not even provided mineral water. The bathroom is full of bad smell. The bathroom has no lights, and even after complaining, no action was taken by the staff. No intercom facility provided. No room service is available.

the AC was not working, then i requested for a room change, They gave me a room with good AC but TV was not available.

Hi, i happened to stay at hotel vaishnavi classic, hyderabaad. Rooms are brand new, posh, good size with well maintained furniture like chairs, tables, ward robe etc. Ac was in good condition. So was water heater ! perhaps construction work is still going on so it was bit difficult to locate hotel. Also couple of gadgets fitting issues. Overall stay was comfortable ! thanks!

Its ws clean bedroom and comfortable stay staff behaved cool. Easy to reach to hotel.it was great experience

Good place to stay with the family. No window in the room but everything else was fine. Staff is co-operative and they are top at the service. They are very good at maintaining cleanliness.

Vaishnavi Palace location is very good. There is no food facilities at hotel but the good thing is it's location nearest to Varalaxmi dosa shop & paradise Biryani. service needs improvement like room cleaning at their without asking. and TV is only available with YouTube that also need to be improved

Water and door lock problem no drink water bottle no everyday cleaning and makemytrip no proper bonding

The ambience is good, the rooms and bathrooms are big and clean. The price is also reasonable. Everything is available near by. I did check out
