When I did booking I also paid the charge of breakfast. But they didn't provide us. My paid booking didn't show in hotel's smart phone. . They waste my more then 1hour. There staff behaviour also not good. They trip was my fine only. .

Very bad experience

The Hotel staff charged us extra and did not even provide free breakfast as per our booking. They charged extra over the booking amount and did not either provide the complimentary breakfast. They asked to contact MMT and claim the extra charged amount. We were there for a business trip and did not want any hassles so we thought it better to just pay them and save our time and energy. It was a very bad experience.

No breakfast served

Very crowded location

Crowded location. Decent hotel. Can take time during the day to reach the metro station as it is 1 kilometer away, in a busy traffic if you take a rickshaw.
The room is located on a very busy road with a lot of traffic. The hotel is about 1 kilometer away from the RK Ashram, metro station which is the best thing about the hotel.

Very disappointed with service and facility

familyNot so much cooperative. AC was not working. After several request they manage to make it on but in constant temperatures 16degree. Very disappointed with service & facility. Never suggest anyone.
