Hotel Gaylord

Recently visited Ooty with family and stayed at Hotel Gaylard, conveniently located near the Railway Station. The hospitality was exceptional! - Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained - Staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous - Food court served delicious meals Highly recommend Hotel Gaylard for a pleasant stay in Ooty!

food was very good but service was not good.they took almost 1hr to prepare 2 cups of black tea .Hot water facility was not upto the mark. we have to call and tell regularly for hot water as it was not available for even 3hours in the morning. 2 bulbs were not working in our room and they didn't fix it further.

Great property to stay and available at nice location.. Toy train was right in front of the Hotel Gaylord.. Staffs are very polite and customer friendly.. Food was very tasty served in the hostel restaurant.. Transportation available at walkable distance.. Overall experience was great

Overall a good experience. Hotel just backside of railway station which you can see from Hotel Gaylord. Will be more good if they provide 24/7 hot water service. Nice lawn

location of property is very convenient place. quality of food is very good. amenities is satisfactory except storage/hanging place. service is very good
