Intercom was not working no food supplied room was good but no connection with reception no room service was available

Hotel was shabby. Bed sheet was unclean and room was poorly lit.

It's a horrible experience. Please send your own representative to experience the same. Public book hotel through you because they blindly believe your brand. But unfortunately i want to say that i never use your "makemytrip" in future. Thanks

Pathetic place to stay….. staff not at all co- operative. Rooms not clean, I found 2 cockroaches on the bed. I had booked 4 rooms for 3 days as there was a function nearby, geysers in none of the rooms were working & the staff refused to get it repaired.

I want extension my booking. How extended my booking

Room was not furnished, and ac was not working properly, although there was 2 gate which was feeling unsafe
