Bathroom not cleaned properly, no one is there to dispose dustbin waste & when we asked for replacement towel next day they provided it after big argument, which means they expect to use same towel for entire stay even if it's 3 days

Rooms are neat and clean but small. Toilet is also clean. Decent place for a night stay.

Neat and clean rooms with uninterrupted electric power supply and hot water in the bathroom. Slight musty smell. Possibly due to the local extremely wet (monsoon) weather. Maybe periodic use of a de-humidifier in the rooms should clear that. Absolutely no in-house food facility or even a electric kettle with tea/coffee essentila in the room. However, they offered connects for food delivery. Rehman, the sole person, we saw was quite helpful. Rooms are at various levels. Only stairs no lifts/elevators. Handrails for all the stairs must be fixed for safety.
