Deepika Villa is a spacious property located in Malavli, near Lonavala. The location is scenic and surrounded by lush greenery. However, the approach road to the property is in a bad state. Location The cleanliness and maintenance of the property are lacking, with dirty bathrooms, old and dirty sheets, and torn furniture. The pool table and cue stick are also in bad condition. Cleanliness The home-cooked food is delicious, but special requests are catered with delays. Tea and coffee requests are attended to slowly. Food & Dining The property has a lot going for it in terms of amenities, including a big swimming pool, Bluetooth speakers, and a BBQ sigree. However, the pool wasn't cleaned well during some visits, and there is no microwave for reheating. Amenities Overall, Deepika Villa has the potential to be a great property, but it needs more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

  The property is located in a scenic location surrounded by lush greenery and hills. It is away from the city and provides a peaceful environment to spend quality time with family and friends. It is also conveniently located near popular tourist attractions such as Karla Caves, Lohgad and Visapur Fort, Lonavla market, and Sunset Point/Tiger Point.

• Cleanliness

  The overall cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the property were lacking. Some of the bathrooms were not kept clean and looked dirty. The sheets, pillows, and blankets used were old and dirty. However, some guests found the rooms and toilets to be clean and hygienic.

• Food & Dining

  The home-cooked food provided by the caretaker was delicious. However, special requests for food were catered with delays as the caretaker had to go to the local market each time. Some guests found the provided lunch to be the worst. There were three options for food: guests could buy groceries and cook their own food in the working kitchen, ask the caretaker to cook food (he cooks tasty food), or order food from the market.

• Amenities

  The property has a lot going for it in terms of amenities. It has a spacious villa with four bedrooms, a big hall that can be used as a dance floor at party hours, and a garden for kids. The pool on the first floor is well-maintained and provides a refreshing swimming experience. The property also has Bluetooth speakers available to connect devices and enjoy favorite music. Some guests found the pool table and cue stick to be in bad condition.
