Excellent Stay

The stay was so comfortable. Hotel staff was so nice and polite. Rooms were neat and same as shown in the pictures. It has one bedroom with attached bathroom and 1 hall cum kitchen.

Average breakfast, the most disappointing thing was they don't have a wash basin at the restaurant. You have to go outside and wash hands at a tap near the toilet

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms with an easily accessible location. Sense of security was there and surrounding was peaceful. Room service can be improved. The room was not up to the mark as mosquitoes were there. They can improve there maintenance. Else it was a comfortable stay.

Location of the property was very convenient as I visited the place for work purpose. It is a well-secured place preferable for families and group of friends. Basic facilities were there but have to ask for drinking water. Staff was good and the services were also good, will rate it as three point five. Cleanliness was not that good as there were cockroaches in the room. Breakfast was provided but it was very average in taste.

Never kept up the commitment of giving us the room

They never kept up the commitment of giving us the room. They say there was no contact number to call you back on the email sent by makemytrip though I had makemytrip confirmation letter with all the details on it. They only thing they did was put me in another service apartment. There the lift was not working. The room epabx was dead, no Wi-Fi. I never expected this but they took the full amount. I have marked everything low as I was never given the room. It was a total turn around from my visit two years back.
