Excellent for a short relaxed trip. Reasonably priced, picturesque location
Unprofessional and shabby.

Very narrow approach road. Slow and unprofessional service at the reception office. Shabby rooms with pillars inside the room. Shabby toilets with poor maintenance of faucets. Inadequate charging points in the rooms. The rooms have cylindrical locks that get locked on pulling shut the door. This results in keys frequently being left inside. There are no duplicate keys nor master keys. The system involves prising open a toilet window and letting a person enter to open the door from inside. This is an obvious security breach as it can be done at any time. The kitchen staff use the dining room as recreation room. The only way of playing safe with the food is to stick to the thali. Most items on the menu are unavailable. What is served up bears no connection with the name of the item on the menu. Overall ambience is shabby.

Nice rooms, spacious garden view very well, service was great, food a tad costly but was OK.
Location was the clincher.

Location is great. Expected better service and cleanliness for the price. The bathrooms were below par and quite dirty in fact, and had to tell the staff to clean it properly. The furniture also needed some sprucing up as did the painting of the room. The buffet breakfast too should have been better. The location made up somewhat for the other drawbacks.
I went to Mukutmanipur it was a holiday trip. I went there in the month of December 2016. I booked it online. The location of the hotel was on the outskirts of the city and it was near to the river. The appearance of the hotel was not well maintained. The room was not worthy and it was not valued for the money. The room was not well maintained. The front office staff was helpful and they are very cordial. The service was very prompt. We had the food in this hotel and the foods were tasty. The food hygiene and the taste were up to the mark. There were no activities in this hotel. They have organized the local dance programe.

I went to Mukutmanipur in the month of December 2016. It was a holiday trip with my family. I booked a room at this resort directly when we reached the spot. The resort region was very good with the surroundings. It was in the city center. It was easily accessible and convenient. The appearance was just OK. It had simple and dull looks. It was not attractive. The reception staff was good in completing the booking process. They were polite and responded on time. Rooms were not good. The required amenities were not properly maintained. AC was not working and bathroom doors were not good. Locks were not proper. No proper WiFi connectivity. The room service was just OK. No service boys to provide required services. Complimentary foods were good. It was tasty and delicious. There were no indoor and outdoor games and no extra benefits also. The overall service was average not much satisfied. I indicate the management to add more manpower to the resort.

Stay was cool. WiFi was not working. Food was also good. Stay was peaceful in jungle type. Check in and out should be flexible for 24 hrs. Staff was very cooperative. For summer month swimming pool may be developed. Mukutmanipur is a fantastic place surrounding with water, dam and jungle.
