The check-in and check out timings must be charged but demanding 30% additional amount for early check-in is bad, if OYO continues with that policy they must also give additional 30% discount for early check out.

The stay was not good as we spotted in MMT

No assistance to rooms. No towels. No response when contacted to reception through intercom but was very stringent in checking out time. We checked out because we didn't want to stay as the experience was horrible. We ordered morning tea through Swiggy. Breakfast was horrible.

AC was not working properly and no service was available. If call on reception for something like water, it comes after 1-2 hours late.

The hotel’s status is really horrible. The paint is being scrapped off. The bathrooms and room are so filthy. There are stains on wall and in water closet.Bathroom towels, bedspreads, blankets are not cleaned. Complimentary breakfast was provided at the room. No neatness. Breakfast was with no choice and limited too. Asked for coffee/ Tea, But not delivered. Towels are dumped at the corner of Staircase. The lobby are so cluttered and dirty. The mops, brooms and other cleaning materials were kept in the lobby itself. Faced water issue. Running water was not coming. Then for some hours dirty water was coming. I booked this hotel for three days but had to check out the second day morning itself was really nightmare. highly disappointed one.
Hotel house keeping and breakfast is average.
