Location is bad, behavior of staff is rude, food was served in disposal plate, 8 hour in night electricity was not available. Please avoid such hotel.

Didn't allow us to check in as because we had did the payment through online. Very profanity manager. Faced problems in midnight. No coordination. Very bad experience.

Staff used to directly enter room without permission, no proper parking, very unclean room and very dirty bathroom.

The location of hotel is near the bus stand and railway station. The actual sightings of mount abu like guru shikar, peace park, dollar temples, honeymoon point are minim at 25 km distance. The hotel cleanliness was good but the guys servants working at the hotel were sometimes rude. We wanted to checkout the hotel at 6 so that we can see all the mount abu views properly. As there was wintry in mount abu we needed hot water but when i asked the guy for hot water he directly refused by saying that it will take more time. Otherwise everything is fine in this hotel. You can take your family with small kids.
The hot water facility was not available to us due to which we didn't took bath early morning. Also the guys working as servants in the hotel were sometimes rude. Whenever the hotel owner was present in the hotel those guys treated us well otherwise they were a bit rude.

Breakfast not given as I paid for that, non ac rooms utilize as I paid for ac, discussion talking with in reception is very bad. Filling cheating with me through of rooms and not proper response from company n oho customer supports executive, i was check in on 11 pm night after that tried 2 hours talk with customer care and was replied on mail on 1 am, 15. 11. 2018 but not any call or reply. I want to back mine money of breakfast and difference amount of all five rooms of ac to non ac, if not response, going to legal process.
One towel set not given out of five rooms occupied, ac remote not given, used non- ac room even I paid for classic ac room, used bed sheet, hot water only comes in morning, not given five rooms as per booked classic room, only one room given.

Don't go there and hotel is like a apartment, not look like hotel.

Location near station is good but other than nothing is good.
Room cleanness was terrible, dust on side table, poor service, television channel access denied, only one option to take breakfast. Overall very bad experience with this hotel.
