    The first hotel in Delhi I prefer is Oodles, The Best hotel with the Best environment. The pool ambience is the best. The entrance is also good. The guard always greets with a happy face and keeps smiling Best pool.

    There is no privacy in pool, room service is not good, hot water is not available as it should be. There is no toothbrush, shaving kit, Comb etc in Washroom. Room light was not working properly. There is no any valet parking Available, you have to park your car to your own

    Service was way below what a property of it's stature should be offering. Reception staff was very rude. They made us wait an hour in the lobby before giving us our rooms and they didn't even bother to offer us water despite asking for it repeatedly.

    I booked this hotel as I had to attend a marriage function nearby, but they gave me a room which was smelling like a dead rat, on insisting they changed my room but to my bad, it was worse than the earlier, eventually I had to leave without even spending 4 hours.

    No hot water. Repeated requests find not fix the issue. TV did not work. Repeated requests did not fi the issue. Hotel has no taxi service offered. You are on your own. No help with luggage until repeated requests were made. Rooms are cold and one must request room heater for some level of comfort.
