We arrived at the property at 0030hrs and were asked to pay a refundable security deposit of INR 4000/- without which we were not allocated rooms. There was no Manager at the desk and over the phone he asked to check the property rules for the deposit amount which by the way was not part of the rules on hand with us. After much argument we paid the security deposit and were allocated rooms past 0115hrs. Late check out was not an option. We had to pay ₹2000/- for late checkout which was adjusted from the security deposit. Overall experience was unpleasant.

The apartment was really good and was worth every penny. Also, the staff etc were very cooperative and well behaved. I have already bookmarked the stay as my go to property for every future goa trips. The property was very clean, spacious and well managed. kitchen had all the amenities where you can cook your own meals. You can wash your clothes every day with the IFB washing installed in your apartment.
