They provided us the room having no tv and AC wasn't working properly, only one person at the reception and a lady who prepares breakfast and looks after cleaning but in our 3 days stay ,, they did not clean our room even once pathetic room condition with large cockroches and our bodies keep itching even a week after returning home ,, spider webs and other insects also ,, they give us the room and forget us totally ,, no one cares about the guests ,,, even they don't come to collect the plates after we had our breakfast ,, you have to go to receptipn for everything if you are goung to stay here ,, please make sure the room is clean and having all the basic facilities ...
Worth a stay.

I visited with family in December 2017. Location is good. 200 mts walk to the beach. They do not have in-house restaurant, though one can have easy access to nearby restaurants which are just outside of the cottage. Guy at reception was co-operative and well mannered. Nominal breakfast facility is available here. I stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast in another Neptune located on the seashore. Thanks to restaurant manager Mr. Mangesh. TIP: They don't have intercom facility and hence make sure to take reception guy's phone no.

Nothing special about this place. Room smells like moth balls and mosquito repellent. Only 1 person to take care of the entire property. No hot water was a shocker. There's little cellular network and the hotel WiFi is terrible. The rooms are not maintained. Broken wood boards all over the place. All in all a forgettable place.
It was a very nice experience ....

It was really nice place and good view of all cottages and good staff and co operative management. In cottages we fill to much darkness. But after all its a happening place. Should be visit again and nice experience.
The cottage is horrible

The cottage is horrible. I will recommend not to stay in these cottages. I went with my wife on my wedding anniversary. When I reached there no one was there to welcome and take my luggage. Me and my wife themselves took the luggage to the cottage. The receptionist took us to the cottage. The AC of the cottage was not working. It was very humid inside that we could not even breathe. When we complaint about the same. It was not attended properly. Finally after 4 hours of struggling with humidity.
Right from the time of check-in they just cheated me by giving that super noisy room and did not do anything about the room even after requesting multiple time for room change.
So disappointed with the staff they just not bothered about guest stay.
Spoiled my stay and possibly I will not come here again.
