We would like to clarify that our property operates on a homestay model, not a hotel model, and we clearly mention in our listing that room service is not available. It is also stated that the villa is meant for peaceful family or solo stays, not for partying or alcohol consumption inside the premises. Unfortunately, during your stay, there were activities that went against our house rules, which we cannot encourage in the interest of maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all guests. Your comment that the property is “only for bachelors” is inaccurate — in fact, we welcome families, couples, and solo travellers, and many of our best reviews come from them. Our aim is to offer a clean, quiet, and homely space for genuine travellers.
