It was a great stay. Food was very good in specific. Overall stay was comfortable and great hospitality. Definitely recommendable.

Spacious and clean rooms, excellent ambience and on the main road. Sufficient space to organise parties and a great pool.

It was a very spacious room with decent amenities. The twin beds were comfy along with the additional mattress. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that the shower however got too hot too quickly. Overall an excellent stay

I always felt the two most important specifications for a good hotel was clean sheets and a clean toilet. We found the pillow cases totally soiled and on calling the front desk they promptly sent someone to give us fresh pillow cases. in the morning with daylight coming in I realised that we had spent the night in unwashed linen. we brought this up with the front desk who called I think the boss of house keeping. There was no denial or outrage from the man. He just said he would look into it. it seems like it is hotel policy not to provide freshly laundered linen to their guests. As for the rest, the staf were very polite and the breakfast was good. The pre ordered plated dinner was something I could have done without..the main course..chicken labadar..could have come from one of the food carts on the road... sorry food cart owner.. earning a few extra rupees by giving them soiled linen does not augre well for what could be a grand hotel.

Property is good. Food is also good with reasonable price. Location is also nearby historical places. But there is no sitting places anywhere outside not even near pool. Otherwise overall it was good

Very nice. The ambience is good. I am a vegetarian. The food served in the restaurant is extremely good and tasty. The room service served me coffee at 430 am at my request. Exceptionally good. 5 out of 5 from my side.

Spacious Rooms, Breakfast was elaborate , Adequate covered parking, clean linens in the rooms, and very Professional and responsive staff. Located on a hillock just beside NH 48. Easy access and exit.

The location is good, right on the highway, I fear that's the only positive side of it and a little bit of positive about the Room, was specious. now for remaining: service was below poor condition, we reached at 11 pm, no one asked to take our luggage to room, we had to do it ourselves, food was frozen , I understand we were late to dinner but still could have been managed better. now the worst part, we are pure vegetarian and veg and nonveg food items were kept next to eachother without and sign board, kids could have easily eaten non veg. person managing the food service was good one, he did his best to help us. overall, don't expect too much, consider only if you want a night stay while travelling, nothing else.

Room service is a big problem, to get a plate have to call up multiple times, plus when ordered the food have asked that can’t be delivered due to staff shortage, no cold water when asked at breakfast table

Never book this resort with dinner package. No one entertains in restaurant when you go there for dinner. we we made to wait for 1 hour to get the table. After several visits at the reception we could managed that. Miss managed resort. Will never ever visit this place again
