Very bad experience

Hotel was very dirty, as there was a bus stand opp to the hotel. Couldn't sleep peacefully and insects were there, bathroom was very bad. Never ever visit
No cleanliness and bad smell at room

Room booked for 4 members. Room allotted only for 2 members and taken almost 4 hours to change room and that also only for 2 member.
City centre near to north bustand

It's in city centre and very near to dirty and private bustand. Service is good cleanness is not bad.

The rooms are in very bad condition, having smell of damped walls and ceiling, in very dirty condition. The attitude of the management is pretty bad. We traveled overnight to reach there at 5:30 in the morning, booked online on MakeMyTrip in front of hotel representative. Even after showing the booking confirmation from MakeMyTrip, and my booking ID, He refused us to enter, because he said he would do that only after he get a call from some MakeMyTrip representative, which is stupid because it's not necessary that someone will call him at this early times in day. Its then when I called the MakeMyTrip customer care to help me out. And I must say they did a great work. Kudos to MakeMyTrip customer support. They resolved the matter within 10 minutes. So my suggestion to people, Never go for this hotel, but always go with MakeMyTrip.
The room was having very bad smell of damped walls and roof. The attitude of the management was pretty bad. Even after booking the room online at MakeMyTrip in front of them and showing them booking ID and booking confirmation, They refused us to check in to the room and said that they will allow us only after they get a call from some MakeMyTrip representative. It was around 6:00 AM in the morning, we traveled all night to reach there, very tired and sleepy and waiting for call. That was really stupid. It was then when I called MakeMyTrip customer care, which helped me a lot in this case, because otherwise I would never be able to check in to the room.

When we went to the hotel, the person at the front desk yelled at us insisting that there were no rooms, even though we had already booked the room and paid for it through MakeMyTrip. We had to call the MakeMyTrip customer service and ask them to speak to the person and get us a room. (Turns out that MakeMyTrip had not informed him of the booking, even though they confirmed the booking to us). We had to wait for an hour to get a room due to this confusion. The room was really, really small.
