    Very bad service. No TV working. No hot water. Talking very rudely. I never except this type of hotel again, very bad so kindly send that customers. Get good service really I'm very upset with hotel service very bad hotel.

    Not even worth for Rs. 400. No AC, tube lights, tv, hot water, blur ed mirror, room service, landine. People of make trip;do not recommend these type of hotels for anyone. If you will keep this hotel in your top list make my trip will go waste.

    Even though the hotel is located on the main road. The facility and services are very poor. Hence not recommended. There are so many good hotels available in the vicinity in the same range of tariff. Rooms are not properly maintained. Even the lift not working and not cleaned. No tea service in the morning.

    We booked hotel through online portal but when we reached the hotel they first said they didn't get any booking from makemytrip then I contacted customer service of makemytrip. Then they said they did not receive money from makemytrip. Then they gave us deluxe room after we booked super deluxe rooms. Avoid this place. TV is not working and no AC remote. When checked on AC remote they said all AC remote are not working. Worst experience ever in my life.

    Neither the room nor the services were good. I've added the breakfast in the tariff but in name of breakfast they were only providing Plane Dosa or Bread Jam that too completely tasteless. A poor condition non-AC room in ''deluxe room category'' is what they are providing(photographs attached). Apart from all these when I contacted to MakeMyTrip customer care there toll free number was not working and on their chargeable number they have taken around 40 minutes to get the problem details and finally done nothing except asking for "sorry for inconvenience''. Thank God I've not faced any problem in other bookings during my trip. It was not a good experience in dealing with MMT customer care team in case of real trouble faced on reaching the hotel.
