    Overall Experience for the stay was good, but service for house keeping was questionable . The location is very convenient to all the beaches. We got the scooter on rent from the hotel itself . Breakfast was average. Overall experience is on the railing of 4 out of 5.

    Very bad service. When I reached the hotel one of the staff was busy talking on the Mobile (ofcourse person call) after making me wait for over 5 mins he is telling me that your booking is showing as cancelled Talk to MMT. I showed the booking mail then the manager tells me that they are not doing this deliberately. They don't even have manners to talk to customers. The latest booking voucher was sent by mail by MMT but the hotel staff didn't check tha mail. Worst customer service ever.
