    Fantastic hotel. Staff are great. Cleanliness was there and rooms were as expected while booking them. It is the best hotel for stay in Belgaum. I would like to prefer this hotel to everyone. Food quality was good and room service is excellent. The hotel is having nice customer service and provides an expected satisfaction.

    My expectation not meet at all staying this hotel, In fact during my stay I requested the management to change my room due to not hygiene in the room. Food facility not at all available in the hotel. Only breakfast with very limited choice. No mini bar available and In fact they provide complimentary drinking water as filtered water but not mineral /Bisleri water. I will not prefer to stay any more in the future in these hotel. The entire room has found dust and rubbish/dirty.
