Booked the room through phone. We got two rooms and these were very clean and so was the washroom which was very important. The food was homely, one of the boy from the resort took us around the village. There was a swing and bonfire. The resort also arranges for trekking and rafting on request. My friends and myself had one of the best getaway. So it was also one of the best stay.
Nice place to stay in

If you are visiting Nameri then you should choose this Eco camp. You would have basic amenities. However an ideal place for jungle enthusiasts. The caretaker is a gen of person, they can arrange for a jungle trail walk, bon fire and rafting at the Mameri river which is a must do if you are visiting this place.

Stay at the hotel was good. I stayed there for two nights and one day. Food quality was average. I tried food in the hotel. Both veg and non-veg dishes served in the hotel. TV and geyser was not there. Services were average. Rooms were good. Room service is available. Hotel has cottage-type rooms. I booked one room there. Only problem is that there is no public transportation from station to reach this hotel. Hotel location is average. Appearance is well-maintained and well-furnished. I booked my room there directly with the hotel and there were no problems with booking service to get the room. Car parking facility was also there. Garden was available. Nameri is a nice place.

We are a family 3, traveling for Arunachal Tawang, before you reached Tawang you have to stay at two places, we chooses Nameri (instead of Tezpur city) national park in Assam and Dirang in Arunachal. Nameri is on the right side of the road on the way of Tezpur to Bhalukpong 240 km from Guwahati (6 hours journey, excellent road. Nameri eco camp resort first comes and then Jia bhoroli resort. Good calm place in forest area nearby Jia Bhoroli River. Local people stay in upper part of hut and below part for their animals. We heard different voices of birds in night and also in morning. Rooms are good (no TV), light often went, staff and service very good, we prepared our own Jain food with their materials, helpful nature of staff. Nothing available close by. We visited Bhoroli River in evening at walking distance. River rafting is also possible.

It is located near Nameri national Park. This is a must visit destination if you are planning to visit Arunachal Pradesh. Excellent ambience and very well mannered staffs made our stay an enjoyable. The manager of the ECO Camp was very helpful. We missed the rafting down the Jia Borelli but the early morning trek is something I will remember for long time.
Food was equally good and one can get a chance to taste some local delicacies. Food is served at a centrally located dining hall. Cottage was also very good and clean.
