Pay at Checkout

    The address of the hotel was very hard to find. Infact it was not proper. Even the local public could not figure out the address. We were searching for the hotel for almost 1. 5 hrs. The person whose phone no was mentioned in the voucher did not pick our phone. Almost after trying 10-15 times from different phones ( no exagerration he picked up the phone but was not in the state to answer the call. It felt like he was not in the state of consiousness. Coming to room service, it felt like room service was a myth. We told him to arrange for new gaddi on the first day itself as the one provided was hollow in the middle but he did not arrange any. The room allot ed was isolated and so there was no reception we were told to call him when anything is needed. He will come in five minutes as he stayed nearby but that never happen. We had to wait for almost one hour on second day for him. This ruined our schedule of second day. We had booked hotel through MMT many times but this hotel was the worst. I request you to first carry out a survey/inspection of the hotel before making the hotel available on site.

    All the disadvantage you can get there. 1. No sign board 2. No cleaning daily after giving you room. 3. Electricity problem 4. Water problem 5. After checkout blaming for glass broken while it was already not there. If you want to ruin your trip than book it. MMT must take action otherwise trust on MMT is in doubt hereafter. Really have not enough words just don't book even if free (zero cost) rooms available.

    The rooms were nice and clean and also in a very good location and the hotel people was also very nice and helpful. The rooms were full of amenities like extra blankets and stuff and also fridge was also included.
