    Horrible experience. I made this booking on 11th October and would like to bring to your notice that the services which were included in my itinerary, I did not get any, at the Hotel. In fact, they asked me to pay extra amount there (in the name of and also for the 3rd guest. Though it was clearly mention in my itinerary that booking is done for 3 guests and I need not to pay any extra charges. It was late in the night and we were tired, so I did not bother to entertain MMT support at that time. At the time of check-out the next day, the hotel asked me to pay another 1500 Rs and when I refused to pay, they started arguing and threatened me that they will not let me go. This was really a horrible experience for me and my guests. The staff of the hotel was really unprofessional and demanding. I made the first booking through MMT and I am disappointed.

    Hotel is situated in very good location ... Market is 100 meter away from hotel .. Rooms were clean but bed was really bad .. T. V. Was out of order ... Food was really bad .. Overall it was really very bad experience staying in this hotel ...

    I checked in my room I was shocked to see the room totally different as shown in picture in Makemytrip app. I have done process to cancel called the hotel the receptionist tell me to change room when I go to sleep on bed, bed is broken late night he shifted me on 3rd floor, average room internet connection come & go regularly so after all I spent my night. Morning my check out time 12. 00 clock printed on voucher but he said our policy to check out 11. 00 clock overall I faced the problems.

    I Reached at hotel 11 Pm and they didn't open the gates. The most frustrated thing ever happened in my life. I waited for 2 hrs outside hotel. Wasted my Money. Makemytrip and hotel sucks.

    They are very unprofessional. Never even think of taking it. I booked this property and they asked me to shift in some other hotel which was a home actually and that too in a bad shape. Totally disgusting people and totally waste services. Only a guy named Rohit was little helpful. But never even think of choosing it.
