Location was the best part of this hotel. It is situated 5 mins walking distance from hawa Mahal, jantar mantar and city Palace. Also the views from here were to die for. Food was amazing. Washrooms were bit untidy. Other than that everything was really good.

Overall very good experience. Good location as well. Walking distance to Mahala and jantar mantar. Right in the middle of pink city shopping district. Big cage where birds were being raised. Found a mouse in room that we were able to secure in a closet

I paid a handsome amount of 1053 rupees for this but in return got nothing except location. Anyone must prefer Dharamshala instead of this hotel. The hotel staff even refused to provide me a blanket. They are providing room at a meagre amount of rupees 200 on site. There was no hot water facility ., no cleanliness.

I chose this place because a local friend who lives nearby recommended it. When I arrived - the reception was great, got a lay of flowers, a bindi, flowers were thrown on my head and introduced to my beautiful room. The next 9 days, the honeymoon ended. My second night, I needed to get water at 10 pm and went to the kitchen area. The gentleman (who turned out to be the owner was extremely rude). He told me to go to the reception and the kitchen was closed then I had to restate all I needed was a bottle of water. After that - the HOT WATER stopped working and the WiFi has worked 2 of the 9 days I’ve been here. I went to the receptionist daily informing them of the water issue and the first 2 days, they called someone out to look at it and they said it was fixed and since then (which it hasn’t) it was never fixed. You’re probably wondering why didn’t I change rooms? Well as many of the reviews state, not all rooms are equal. 95% of the rooms here do not have windows - so unless you don’t mind sleeping in the damp dungeon (literally) then you wouldn’t change You are also probably wondering why I didn’t just leave? Because I booked with a cancellation policy after my stay starts. So I already paid for it. The food is expensive and lunch and dinner is served for 2 people. So if you’re a solo traveler then you’re out of luck. There are better Haveli's in Jaipur to experience and this is one you should skip. You’ve been warned.
