Hotels in Raja Santosh Road,Alipore, Kolkata
The hotel was good, one have to keep in mind that Gupta Bros is just adjacent to hotel to locate it... The hotel billboard is not easily searchable. Overall experience is okay... Room was good and also the decor... But there is scope for improvement with respect to service, cleanliness, and also admin should look into safety aspect as one drunk guy knocked at door twice (though he said sorry) but my family was a bit scared. Anyway an average to good experience.

The room was well located. However, the AC required a servicing. WiFi connectivity was quiet erratic. Food was primarily Chinese variety, and well prepared. Service was good. Toilet definitely required a rebook. The toilet jet required to be pulled hard, to get it in place. The wall fixture for towels was broken, and hanging. The overall presentation was good, but could have been much better.

A stinky house, overcrowded. Breakfast quality was bad. Remote location nothing accessible. It is beautiful house but, very ill maintained. The dinning hall and the lobby was stinking like hell. Had a big untidy bed lying in the entrance lobby welcoming the guests.

Quite peaceful environment. Facilities are good. Stayed there for three days. Nothing to complain. Only location is little interior from Jatin Das metro. But cabs are easily available. Near to Kalighat also. Room service is good and facilities are up to expectations.

In house kitchen must be maintained to provide good food for client. They outsource the foods and snacks to a nearby restaurant and the quality of food is very bad also the involved restaurant is mainly a non veg hotel hence vegetarian customer may face a big trouble. Please look out this issue. Although overall it is a neat and clean hotel.

Eluded location, extra large rooms, tasty food, overall good ambience. Staff is extremely courteous. Large plantation behind the cottages need a lot of time to explore, makes a good trek for the uninitiated. Though away from the city, and marketplace nea

The hospitality is of another level ... They take care of your smallest requirements too. Food is top notch ... Especially the breakfast is sumptuous and lavishly spread. Must try the Bengali dishes. They serve cutting chai and Bengali snacks everyday in the lobby. The hotel is under renovation ... So sometimes it's a little disturbing.
