Good experience, good service, good hospitality, running hot water in bathroom could improve for 3 occupancy. Due to rain, we missed internal entertainment like Karaoke that was planned. Could part vehicle and rooms were kept clean on request. It would have been better if there was more transparency for charging excess of Rs100/- that was consumed for dinner as lime soda. Understood, Soda was charged, sweet lime was not. I could possibly have gone for Sweet Lime.

This is a, small quaint little British bungalow less than a 15 min walk from the city center. Perfect for a small family. Or a, couple. Pro's. Warm Service, value for money and location. Cons, stringent rules and timings ( but not too bad) and very thin walls ( pray that you don't have noisy neighbours ). Good stay on the whole. As a minimalist I wasn't too perturbed about the lack of swanky rooms.

We had an awesome stay of 2days here, staff were very good. Food was very tasty and cheap. Location was accessible(400mtrs) to market yet away from hustle and bustle, very calm and peaceful .. View from balcony was also very good.

I went along with our family and found the place online, the view is awesome Staff was courteous and polite, breakfast was good if you have your own vehicle it’s an ideal place to visit as it’s located 1 or 2 kms away from city however paise vasool after seeing the view, if your going by bus you need to take a taxi which will cost around Rs250 from town to hotel. What I would suggest is hire a bike from the town I would suggest contact Satya on +91 84890 89868 he’s a friendly guy and provides good condition vehicles for approx 400/Day Overall the experience was good Things to remember: Inform the hotel for campfire in advance Hire a bike as soon as you reach Ooty Look at the entire place there is a hidden indoor camp fire place which the hotel did not inform us. Carry your own liquor cigs etc as the place is A bit inside.

This was my second stay at Willow Hill and just like the first time, the experience was great. Right from the location, service and value for money, it ticks every box. Firstly, the look and feel of the hotel gives you the authenticity of the hill side experience which is a welcome escape from the cement and tile clad decor. The rooms have a lovely log house kind of feel with their complete wooden decor and flooring. Coming to the food, the in-house restaurant - 'Tiffany' serves yummy food and thus except for lunch (which was always on the go), we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel itself. The breakfast is complimentary and generally in other hotels, the staff would just give in their bare minimum effort but not here! The servers always informed whats special on the particular day and requested us to taste the day's specialty even if we already had made our choices. That's great customer service. The reception staff and room service is very well mannered as well and are always there to help you out. We had two deluxe rooms and enjoyed our stay to the T. The only thing missing was WiFi, but now a days who's depended on it right? Overall, keep up the good work Willow Hill!

Rooms are good, it's clean, you can enjoy sports room. Service was not great. You will get normal breakfast like idli with Tea. You will be lucky if they cook for you on your request.. Usually they ask you to pay more for lunch/dinner and you will be forced to go out for checking other options. Exterior building and pool in pics looks great.. But in real it's not maintained so well. You won't get any scenic view.. It's just good to stay calm.

Rooms were good, clean although it looks little 10 years building from outside but inside interiors are very nice. The location was perfect to visit any sight seeing places and not the forget this place is just beside the one of top restaurants of Ooty "HYDRABADI HOUSE". Amazing to see people understand "HINDI" all around the city. The problem was only with the washrooms, basin taps were not working and in some rooms hot water was not coming.
