Hotels in Church Gate, Mumbai
The hotel gave us a sub standard room initially which replicated the really small cubicles. This was least expected from this so called esteemed hotel. After a lot of calls to the reception we were shifted to a better room

Stay there for view and area not for luxury, this hotel provide you 3 start facilities but the location and area makes it worth 5 star and that too only if you are lucky enuf to book sea view room, it is one of the best experiences you can have while stayin in Mumbai.

The room was provided me as per my expectations, hence was happy with room. The location was fantastic as I booked sea view. At the time of booking I did mentioned that I would need melted hot chocolate cake, but was provided with normal chocolate cake, hence was disappointed with cake. Apart from this, the staff was courteous. The massage session and buffet breakfast which were included in my package were also good.

Not worth money. I would have got same services for quite low budget maybe around 7-8k in Mumbai. But due to unavailability of rooms during my time of visit I was left with only one option 'the oberoi'. Services were great as of any 5* hotel but I could have got something similar in Mumbai at lower rates. 12k + GST is quite expensive compared to other hotels.

Toilet is very small, lot of struggle to enter and move within toilet. Restaurant is very cluttered, breakfast menu was average and taste was very average. Only advantage is proximity to gateway of India and market around Rest is very average. Not Worth of price I paid. Good location, Average Property, Average Room, Cluttered Toilet, Average Menu, Poor Taste

The room was a bit small but not uncomfortable. On the contrary, it was quite good and fresh. However, the location looks really unimpressive and the front of the hotel does it serious injustice, at least to the rooms if not the hotel. Facilities were top notch except for the WiFi and the tv. Both sucked. The only problem was the communication gap between us and the other guys but if you know Hindi, then it is not a problem.
