    Room is very dirty and room service also very poor. So I request to you that please don't provide the rooms again in this hotel because MMT is a very big name. I am very sad 1st time in my life. Thanks

    This was the very crowded area where hotel situated .. There is only one person who is there to serve & this person is also very careless & arrogant. Room was very dirty. Bed sheets & matress were very smelly.

    Hotel western king is very bad in services and not cleans and location is not suitable for professional gentleman. Very bad in room service. Not responsible staff. Poor service quality wet towel provided, tv not working, manager not allowed to check in due to payment issue from

    Hotel denied our reservation, in makemytrip app, it's not mentioned anywhere that hotel booking is not valid on local id's, so to sort everything out, I had to give hotel people the extra money, 700 rs. I checked in at 1. 45 pm and checked out at 5pm the same day. There was dust all over in my room, I checked in first at room 105, where the AC wasn't working and the TV which they had in the room was from 1980 the hotel people gave me a different room now I don't have more word limit to explain.

    They charged 500 bucks extra even after online booking just for a room. They said they will never accpt online booking. Not up to the expectations. Earlier I booked from OYO they didn't charged me extra after that I booked from MMT they also didn't charged anything but yes for the second time from MMT they charged 500 bucks and said don't do online bookings. We are charging directly 1620 from our customers.
