It was a good comfortable stay. . Affordable, clean, and convenient for short stays!!!!

changed the building... they have added a next building in the hotel which has no lift... you have to access it through the terrace... I have stayed here before but the old building room they have removed it from the online service this is what the hotel staff say... now they charge extra if you want to stay in the same old building... rooms now are given in the new building which is only a problem bcoz of lift and the terrace connectivity... from the main hotel you have to go to the terrace and then to the new building... all this done just to increase the price... when you ask them for the room in main building they will charge you extra...

Hotel room given to me is clean. Bathroom is also clean. Staff is good in behaviour. Room is small but comfortable. GPS address is bit different from original on Hotel room given to me is clean. I booked this from MMT and when I got there the guy took me from a lift to a terrace that looked like a junkyard, and then we went down some stairs and there it was in a corner. The room had used towels lying around and it was obvious it had not been cleaned. when I asked them to cancel, and even offered to pay some of it, they refused. The staff was very rude and kept me circling with telling me to call the customer care and that they would cancel the stay if the app suggests. The app did suggest but they did not co-operate at all. I repeat WORST PLACE EVER IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

The room and bathroom were good, staff courteous and food was great. One minus point TV had no cable connection.....after repeated complaints they never took efforts to give proper tv connection.

Stay experience was good, In house restaurants have better taste than outside for sure. The only thing is I have to pay for early check-in around even if rooms are available because of some restriction that was not mentioned in MMT except for REQUEST and Subject to availability.

firstly they allotted a room in which the door had no lock after that they shifted me in another room in which bedsheets are dirty and cigarette ash are on bedsheets AC was just a prototype not cooling at 17° toilet wc lead were broken and the staff is very unprofessional overall it's a terrible experience

The stay at Hotel Shagun Bhopal is fantastic and amazing . Food they served was very authentic and homely. Keep the good work 👏

no eminities..toiletries had to use hand-wash for all purpose like washing hand, bathing bar, and shampoo. no complimentary tea, green tea, coffee sache..and gives only RO water as complimentary. however, room and bathroom is tidy..without any smell..

Hotels rooms are not clean. Bedsheet and pillow cover are used one. They did not consider the complimenty 3 hours late checkout and charged extra fee. Bathrooms do not have towels and shoap/shampoo. Food cost is extra high. On packed water bottle they are charging double price.

Room not cleaned. Used bedsheets and dirty pillow covers. No towel or shampoo/shop for bath. Zero ventilation. Lift not available. Food and Package drinking water cost very high.
