Over all not a good experience. Rooms were not clean especially bathroom

Not hygiene, bad ambiance, bathroom not maintained well,

Rooms and floors, common areas not at all cleaned. Very dirty. Bed linens, pillows etc. Also same fate. Very dirty. Wash room is terrible. Big mosquitoes inside the room. Not provided anything, ie, dental kit, paste, shaving set etc. As per inclusions for this hotel. Restaurants non functional.

Rooms are big, however very bad upkeep of the room. Bathrooms are dirty, room smells of bleech and the ac also leaks. Overall every average experience

We stayed in standard AC Room but room Maintenance is not good and even food service is also not good. Hotel Location is good and you will not find any veg restaurants nearby.

The location is good, very friendly staff, on top is the pub, because we went with the kids, the staff gave us the best room they had. Bathrooms r run down but can be ignored because of all other aspects

We have booked two rooms with King size bed, Room size is good but they have given two single bed with joint for both the rooms, mattress is not good and cleanness is average. We have fight with them for king size bed and they told all rooms are sold out, MMT help us to refund full amount, but it was already late for us so stayed there. Hotel Location wise is good, there are many restaurants near by and 4th floor have pub, it will disturb till 11.30 night.

Hotel is designed with good thoughts but they don't give towels, bathroom is not clean, no water heater etc

Booked through mmt, checked 3 rooms and all were dirty, no water, washrooms dirty, foul smell, cigerate smoke smell was high in one room. Intercom wasn't working. Cockroaches inside room and washroom.

Hotel is good. Rooms are fine. The only thing that will annoy you is there's a pub right on top the hotel. Which will disturb you all night. Pub might get closed by 11 or so but the people will create nuisance all night. Hotel's elevator is used for their exit which is right next to the rooms. So if you are a party person then it's fine otherwise choose wisely.

Bathroom was very small & smelly. Bathroom's light was like candle light. Only one towel, no glass for drinking water, no electric cattle, no tea kit, asking tea they said morning tea after 11 am and evening tea after 7 pm.

The food timing was odd, the bathroom was stinking all the time and was not clean. The cleaning was not done on a regular basis of the room

I found cockroaches in my room, which was quite concerning 😟 . Even the cockroaches were in the closet

I had a much better experience during previous stay in this property 2 years ago. There was a visible deterioration in service this time. No proper housekeeping, delayed service and lethargic attitude of the staff. Non availability of breakfast is another issue as there are not any good restaurants within walking distance.

They gave a room which had broken glass all over the floor and bed. Second room was given and bathroom lock was not working. Since it's a day we managed to stay

I had a great experience with kstdc and wonderful staff over all a very nice experience and i recommend to stay

Rooms were not well maintained, and Noise is very disturbing at night which is coming from PUB. Toiletries and water bottle everything you need to ask again and again. Very disappointed.

Bed and spreadsheet not clean, pillow covers also not clean. Very worst experience never experienced.

Most poor service. No kettle, no refrigerator, no decent room service.
