    Average hotel. Service not great. Hotel staff not very cordial. Found hotel staff quarreling with other border. This can obviously be avoided. Staff was also not very knowledgeable about local tourist spots. In fact they confused me, when I wanted to know how I could go to Gangasagar.

    The room was good but the WiFi was poor as hell and They don't serve good drinking water. Behavior of the hotel staff was not good enough. They Should upgrade there services and WiFi connection as well.

    Hotel room was good. Rooms were spacious. But the manager boy is very rude. We had to request multiple time for one blanket. The manager was literally arguing with us. On second day few other people started blowing loud music in the common place till mid night. Even we complained to the manager but no help.

    Position of the hotel is very good. Room was given on the 3rd floor and no lift facility. Floor of the room was dirty and lock of bathroom was broken. At night after many requests they changed the lock.
