    I visited Mandu in the month of May 2017. That was a family holiday trip. I booked my stay by direct booking. The area of the hotel location was not good. Whenever we will go to Mandu definitely we will stay here and I will suggest this hotel to everyone. The staff behaved very well. We felt the familiar atmosphere. The location of the hotel was easy to reach. There was a small parking space available. Normally it is OK but if any function is there then it is difficult to park. In small space they had built a very nice building. The appearance of the hotel was attractive. The reception staff welcomed us properly. I booked AC room. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We ordered tea and that was provided quickly by the. There was a restaurant in the hotel. The place was too congested so they can not provide other activities. The service staff was helpful and provided service on time. The market and transport were near to the hotel. We went to the hotel by own vehicle. There was a space for parking only 4-5 vehicles. They had provided a separate room for the driver.

    I visited Mandu with my family and it was our holiday trip the place is wonderful. The overall service at the hotel was fine but there was a bit delay in getting our food. The room was spacious it was very well maintained neat and clean. All the facilities were available in the working condition. I had food from the hotel it was appetizing. But they took a long time to get the order to us we had to wait for some time. The hotel location was nice the surrounding area was good. The hotel is very close to the bus stand so it reached to reach there and everything was easily accessible. The overall look of the hotel was very attractive. The room interior was very well planned. The front office staff were helpful they got our luggage inside till the room. The staff were responsible the check in was on time without any hassle. There was no extra activities available at the hotel. They should have provided us hot water as it was bit chill when we visited. I booked the hotel directly.

    The stay was nice. We visited this hotel in the month of February. It was a relaxation trip with family. The destination was good. The site of the hotel was good. The outlook of the hotel was very good. The reception and front office service were very good as there was no delay in check-in and checkout. The rooms we were provided were good and was neat. The staff at the hotel were good. The food and drink provided by the hotel were good and we were served both veg and non-veg food. The overall service provided by the hotel were good.

    I had booked Hotel Royal Palace when I had been to Mandu during the month of december 2016. It was my personal trip with alone. The place where I had been to was good. My hotel location was very good. The appearance of the hotel was good. The staff at the reception was very good because of 24/7 availability. I booked this hotel via online. The house keeping services in the hotel were very good. The rooms at the hotel were good. I would rate food as very good.
