Very clean place, spick and span rooms nicely maintained, pretty looking cottages, great looking restaurant and good food. Peaceful place to spend time with family and kids. If you're a dog lover then there are some big dogs and their cute puppies to play around. Can spend 2 days pleasantly with full family or couple.

When we book an AC room, it means it should be comfortable. But for heater also, we were charged as it is hill station it should be included in the rooms. Food is very bad, tastes horrible. Also there were no activities, don't know why it is not included. No wifi also, and phone network is also not there. Resort overall is very good. I would like to visit again. But a request to management that at least work on minor things.

If you are looking for a reasonably good & safe place to stay at Mount Abu, I will recommend Ratan Villas. I, along with my family including wife & two daughters were looking for a cool & calm place to stay in this Diwali away from home, since we could not celebrate Diwali this year at home. We travelled from Thane to Mount Abu by Innova car. The road is extremely good & hence the 13 hrs drive was comfortable. The resort Ratan Villas is spread approx over 2 to 3 acres. Rooms are neat, clean & well maintained. Room service is quite good. The staff is quite polite & humble. Specially, the food was very good. However, we will recommend to add more varieties to menu. Specially, we missed the fresh fruit juice in the morning breakfast. Since the young entrepreneur & the owner is personally residing within the complex, special care is taken for the overall maintenance of the premises. There are no much indoor activities, but myself & my both daughters enjoyed the jungle trek of 2.5 hrs to nearby area along with rock climbing for beginners. There is not much for sightseeing except The famous Temple that is extremely good & must visit. Overall very good experience.

The service is quite poor. You need to call a lot of time and had to wait for half and hour for the breakfast and dinner to be served in the room and that too not fresh in fact refrigerator food. The service staff are also not cooperative and they do not care about their customers.
