Very bad experience

soloThe moment I reached there, the manager asked me "Why did you pay in advance to Makemytrip, you should have paid to us. Makemytrip doesn't transfer the money until 3 months. This time I am giving you room but nobody in Kota will give you room for advance payment." Then he gave me a room which was not cleaned by them and when I asked them to clean, the manager told very rudely that staff will come in the morning you have to adjust. And in the morning, no staff came till 9 am to clean. When I complained, the manager rudely told: "In our home also we have this much dirtiness, there is no need to clean." I never met such a hotel manager who does not care about the customer. OYO should take proper action against such hotels.

Hotel staff not care about customer, I want water bottle they don't give me and no response and after that I want towel for bath so they give the towel after 2 hours, worst experience 2 time on MMT, thanks for your worst service.

businessUntrained staff, very rood. Didn't allowed entry for 45 minutes(*Vishnu). Dirty location full of mosquito and spiders. Morning staff is comparatively better but overall it was a worst experience , will not recommend to anybody even for a short stay.
