Quiet and relaxing. Cozy, clean rooms. Friendly and attentive staff.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Excellent accommodation with wonderful amenities. It's a fantastic place to stay.

I booked for 3 days and paid the amount. While check in the manager denied for check in and asked to pay extra 600/day. When i enquired for the reason of extra payment, he didn't give proper reply. He didn't allow inside the hotel. Then i contacted makemytrip representative and after a long fight for more than 1 hour with the hotel manager, they allowed for check in without extra payment. All other things are ok.

Very untidy rooms and bothrooms. Breakfast refused to serve despite being in package. Give worst rooe if u book.

The hotel room was not well maintained, the fan regulator was broken, no remote for the ac, smelly lift, bathroom door was getting stuck, staff was helpful and friendly but the overall experience was bad

We have booked and paid for the hotel but the receptionist created a problem saying that they won't accept payment. So i got angry and started arguing and then i called the manager. They gave me a room after some waiting time. The room they provided was very bad condition. All paints were removing from the walls. No maintenance service. Bad smell throughout the hotel.
