Hotel New Silver Elite

So, I will give my honest review, first of all regarding the location. It is situated near a Masjid and most of the population is Muslim. So if you are travelling alone or you are a girl, I would not prefer this place as you might not feel safe, but regarding the Hotel New Silver Elite, it’s totally safe. The area might not be that good but the Hotel New Silver Elite rooms are good and the Hotel New Silver Elite is situated on 5th Floor, so you have to take a lift or you have to go by the stairs. Lift is okay, but the stairs are really horrible. They are very dirty. In regard to the room - they are actually nice and staffs are also very friendly and good. They have taken care of us all the time. They have make sure to provide us each and everything that we needed even also when we are leaving they asked us if everything was okay or not. The room has basically one TV cupboard, washroom bed, etc. The one thing that I didn’t liked about the Hotel New Silver Elite rooms is the washroom. They are so small and congested. Even the toilet is broken. Also, there was no hot water plus when we asked for some extra blanket, they have given asa toned blanket.

Rooms were decent, cleanliness can be improved but what stood out was the courteous and helpful staff. My mother forgot 22,000 under her pillow, and when we contacted the Hotel New Silver Elite, they handed over the money. It was amazing. I definitely recommend this Hotel New Silver Elite if safety of your articles is of prime importance!

It's was my first time visiting mumbai and staying at a Hotel New Silver Elite there and I would say it was a pleasant experience..though I encountered some small problems like tv was not working in one room and in another of my relative the ac was functioning less...but overall I would say it was good .

Rooms are good compared to the price i paid. Staff allowed early check in also. We had ordered tea as part of room service but it did not get delivered. Can recommend this Hotel New Silver Elite for a short stay. Building cleanliness is not good. Lift is available

It is situated near Mohammad Ali Road which is famous for its foods and fragrances! So,if u want to Experience Best Food And Enjoyment plz come here...
