What they offered was not provided. Wait for 30 minutes for room allotment geyser not worked. Electric cattle provided after demand. Not cleaning room regularly

Disaster. Worst hotel. Experience i've ever had. Bad staff i was asked extra money for extra check in before it was not informed about it. And my wife wanted drinking water i called at about 0800 hrs in the morning and i called them about 4 times still at about 1100 hrs water came. Full room was stinking and toilet was uncleaned. Full room was in wet condition no toothpaste no toiletries were given on asking also it was not provided. Tobacco spit was in the corner of the room. The towel was having lipstick marks on it. Worst experience

Staff was found stealing from my room

Completely uneducated and filthy cheap staff. My room was locked and i had gone outside but when i came back i found my room unlocked and somebody was inside, then i found my bag front zip opened and my wallet was missing, i caught that guy and searched him and found my wallet from his back pocket. I reported this to hotel manager and owner they fired that guy. And mmt refunded my money

Very bad experience

The hotel was not worth for the price. The room was very compact. The tv was not working. There was no mini freeze. Not tea or coffee arrangement which usually exists in the hotel rooms. The bathroom didn't have soap, shampoo and toilet tissue. The room service was worst. You need to wait for hours for their response. And more to that one of the owner seemed to be very rude. Also the hotel lift was useless.

Worst hotel of our trip

No towel provided. Intercom not working. Tiles broken. Shower not working properly. Tv not working. For this they charged us 3700. Very unprofessional staff

groupThe property is very close to bhimgoda, further to which is parking for hear ki paudi. Location is accessible and convenient. The staff even cleaned my car to ward off the dust accumulated during travel. Good staff.

Overall the stay was excellent but one thing that bothered me most was power cut of 100 times and they take the time to start the generator. Room was spacious and comfortable.
