Its at a good place near to the mail city but the services were not given in good way. Toilet was good but the limited time for water supply and that information was not given to us. Even for the drinking water we have to ask for. At the time we visited the restaurant was not working.
Good location. But bad room co....

The accommodation is very close to the fair ground and street. However, the room was so unclean. Bathrooms were not cleaned for couple of months. It stinks. We had to call the housekeeping to clean the bathroom. There was no curtain for the windows and had a mirror kind of window pane. If you check in by night, you wont realize that anyone from outside could clearly see inside the room. No railing for the window. I really had fear to leave my valuables in the room and had to carry it all the time. Had to call the housekeeping guys again to put a curtain. The fan was squeaky all the time. No hot water.
I wont recommend this to anyone nor stay here anymore.

Excellent location (close to the lake and the market), room +/- OK (view on a wall), hot water appreciated (sometime there is no more water :/
We were excepting a rooftop with a restaurant (+ breakfast + area on the roof available for yoga as showed in pictures in 2013), but the hotel is in construction and renovation. No extra services. (Sure the manager can book you a cab and give you good info about the city) The view from the rooftop is still really nice (great to see the Sunset)
I guess this the reason why we had a very good price on the room.
It is really OK for staying 2 days
Ps: if you like purple, you be delighted with the rooms ;)

There's no facility provide by hotel like there's no any breakfast or no any room service provide by hotel, manage your all services by your self, somehow case it's too good who take even breakfast on Pushkar street. So just rest at hotel. And good things is near to Pushkar lake just walking distance as well as brahma temple and Pushkar street too.
I visited to Hotel Mama Luna in Pushkar in the month of August 2016 for official work. The destination was good. The appearance of the hotel was average. Overall services were good in this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and services were provided on time. The rooms provided were spacious, neat and clean. Food was good in the hotel. Check in and checkout was not delayed. Activities were not provided. Wi-Fi service was provided. The overall service and facilities provided were very good. I recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers

I visited Pushkar on 8th Nov 2015 and booked super deluxe room of this hotel. But the room I got was not upto the standards. Furniture in the room was broken, bathroom don't have exhaust fan, hot water supply, leakage problem in cistern as it was broken, no dustbin in the room. Staff was nice to us and location is slightly inward but hardly a 2 minute walk to Brahma temple and Pushkar lake. Hotel offers free parking facility and free accommodation to driver also. Free WiFi is also an advantage.

The hotel is in a little inward, but good location setting with a desert feel around with some tent like resorts and all. The amenities offers a very traditional feel right from the moment you enter, the lounge is covered in Rajasthani sculptures and handiwork s and photos of places around. The dining room is also a Rajesthani setting with traditional low tables and quilts to sit on. The food is also good vegetarian food, including local dishes and awesome sweets. The room is clean and comfortable with the bare minimum necessities, with a very good view of the sprawling pushkar out of the big window. But the amenities offered are really justified for the cost.
A reasonable & budgeted hotel ....

Located in the Heart of the Pushkar, hardly a 2 minute walk to the shopping district and lake. Mama luna hotel was a steal at the price. During the time of the Pushkar fair, it would hardly be a 7 minute walk to the fair grounds. The hotel manager told me the name comes from a Spanish lady whose idea it was to make this building a hotel. In true Spanish standards it is very colourful and caters extremely well to the basic needs of travellers. I read in some other posts that a car may not be able to get into the narrow lane, however that is not completely true (our sedan did just fine). Nice clean rooms, though you may want to carry your own bedding. The toilet is minimal but kept clean. Free WiFi is offered, but works in favour of those on the higher floors. The restaurant on the terrace did a good job with tea & coffee, but I did not like the food served there. If you want to spend an extended period of time in Pushkar, this is a great hotel as the cost-benefit is totally in its favour.Comment successfully formatted.Format Comment Revert to original
