When arrived at hotel they told us that there are some issues so they switched our hotel stay at another hotel. And this happened 2 times straight. And provided rooms are at there worst condition. Terrible smell of drainage, geyser wasn't working, no ventilation of air in room, found dead mosquitoes in breakfast, worst service. Never going to book again.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and large. The only downside was the location- the hotel is some way off the main road and the condition of the approach road needs isn't good.

Rooms were clean and in good condition. Liked the ambience of the hotel. Location is close to the center. Lightening in the room were very good. Good scenic view is available from the window of the some of the rooms. Good service and professional staff

Nice hotel. Really good. Co-operative staff. Room view is awesome. Wi-Fi was excellent. Food is homely and delicious. The renovated 1st floor is just wow. Best place for peace and nature loving people. Great stay.

The best part if this hotel is, that you will feel like home.. I travelled with my 8 month kid and the staff were so caring.. They provided all boiled food to my child.. Felt awesome... Nice stay.. Will recommend this hotel to all.. Awesome views from the rooms... And if you look for silence and peace this is the best place..

Staff behaviour is so horrible, so I donot suggest to any one to stay in hotel lotus retreat. Food quality is also not good they do not provide room service. Their room service is also bad, they do not give any thing in timely.

The hotel is good from location as well as building is concerned but the facility like room service is poor. There is no food or WiFi facility or any other facility mentioned in the list. Overall it's average and good for sound sleep.

I had a problem with the hotel staff, as I had booked 2 rooms and he was ready to give me only one, at last I couldn't do anything, after repeatedly calling makemytrip, my issue was not sorted out and I had to manage in one room only for 2 days, although I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days from before only, horrible experience.
