Poor Stay

First of all, the stay i booked was for 2 persons but firstly they denied booking and then mm t member contacted them, then they've allowed me only to stay. Fortunately, the second person could not make it otherwise they said that i have to pay extra for that person. Secondly, there was no wifi, my mobile internet was not working so i asked for wifi and they denied that wifi only works on ground floor. Room was not properly cleaned and even charging points were not working. All in all it was a horrible experience.
