Reviewed 2 months agoI had a very poor experience with this hotel. I had called the hotel in the evening to let them know that I will be checking in for sure but I will be late. When I reached the hotel at 10PM, the guy at the reception did not have a clue about my booking and after sometime started requesting me to shift to another hotel as there were no rooms available there. Then when I called the hotel owner, they provided a room at the same hotel.

Reviewed 5 months agoIt was awesome trip with hotel galaxy rooms. Staff was good. And service available at any time. Feel good room was clean and clear. Near by from my station location was very good all team members response were very good.

Reviewed 5 months agoThe room was clean with all the besic amenities. The staff was polite and helpful. Food was tasty but little costly. Parking facility was availability. I enjoyed my stay and didn't face any problem with the room.

Reviewed 7 months agoOn my arrival at hotel desk, the staff said that my booking had been cancelled as per their system. They offered no help or suggestion even on my constant asking. When I asked if I should call MMT customer care, they faintly said to try. Then the MMT cust care resolved the situation by sending another email. Secondly, they were very unfriendly & inhospitable in respect to my female companion.
