    Horrible Experience... Fan.. Intercom... Nothing worked.. Breakfast took an hour to be served... Washroom was dingy.. Absolutely crap... Paid for 2 days & left after the first day itself.. Do I need to say more... It was the worst experience ever.. They need to improve miles to get into any level of service... Big shame.. Should have stayed either at Amara or Raj Mahala but just to save on distance made the blunder of staying in there.. Dread full experience.

    When I was on my way 2 hotel, the hotel receptionist said usse meri booking id hi nhi mili aur then maine make my trip walo se baat ki unhone mujhe taj inn mai extra facilities dekr mujhe wha jane k liye bola. But jab aap booking nhi lena chahte then booking k liye left room dikhate kyu ho.

    The hotel has impressive spread but very poorly maintained. Reception has graceful & pretty staff but after checking in as one moves towards the room, lift is dirty & smelly with room also having hardly any decent amenity, exhaust fan was missing from the bathroom AC turned out to be nothing more than a fan.

    Hotel reception and staff are also good. Location wise and environment is peaceful. Restaurant is also good. Bathroom cleanliness was satisfactory. Hotel manager caring to guest and provided to local taxi for Railway station.

  • Poor Maintanance

    I was stayed in this hotel for one night, it's sleep less night because of the room, AC is not working and bad smell in the room and wash room. Property is looking good and it's front office look lavish but in the room was very poor maintenance. Any way I appreciate service people because even early morning 3 o clock attend check the AC upon my request. Over all a bad experience that night.
