    No value for money. Neve book this hotel by mistake also. Very poor service. No facilities. Not in a good location. Room service is poor. Staff is non cooperative. No cleanliness. Bed sheet are dirtyy

    Really worst experience of my life . The hotel staff were very rude and unprofessional. We booked for a 2+2 room with breakfast . They first gave us a small room with single bed saying "Apka Yehi room hai" then after arguing they changed the room . Then in morning we had complimentary breakfast with booking but they denied then we had to call MMT to confirm with the hotel after that they served us a very limited breakfast for 2. Even the AC was not working. No hot water was coming also the toilet flush was not working and on complaining they told that you have a standard room with this only facilities

    The room was very bad condition plus the lighting was also not working niether the AC was working . There was no provision of hot water and the WiFi was also not working properly . Also Bathrooms were not clean plus only after constant complains we got the room changed.
