Our stay at hotel baba haveli was pathetic. The rooms were not ready when we reached the hotel. We reached at 2.30 pm and the rooms were ready by 4 pm. The hotel staff made us wait for that time. Once we moved to the rooms, the roof of the toilets were leaking. There were no towels, soap, toilet paper in the was rooms. There is no parking at the hotel. The hotel had no warm water. I booked two rooms for a duration of 3 days and this is winter season. We had to deal with ice cold water in the toilets and there was no problem resolution done by the hotel staff. The beds in the rooms were separate single beds and not joined double beds. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty and torn and even after raising complain to the staff even the replacements were similar. The staff was not at all responsive and corporative and they would put the reception telephone on hold. Overall the stay was the most pathetic stay i have ever experienced.

Worst experience ever faced with any hotel so ever. 1. First of all I have payed for 2 days and 2 rooms. At check in from 4 adults and 2 kids we have only 3 adults passport with us. The children under 18 were not suppose to show any documents. The administrator/owner of the hotel Vijay Gautam refused to check in any of us. Second day after calling again and insisted to be checked in as we have valid documents he admitted to check in 3 adults and one child (for each I was able to provide the passport copy). Asking Vijay Gautam if we can stay one more day instead of the day he refused to check in he denied us. Very bad attitude and service! Administrator/owner interested only in receiving money and not in customer satisfaction. Families with kids be aware.
