    The hotel is good, the staff were cordial, they arrange for local sightseeing at a reasonable rate . The restaurant is a bit expensive and taste is OK. They charge 10% service charge which I think is unfair after gst introduction. One of our room 104 has only one light in the room & no geyser or exhaust fan in bathroom. From the hotel door to the main road is 50 metres where no vehicle can enter, that portion of road is in severe bad condition. Overall an OK hotel.

    Amazing staff, leaded by a professional owner, super service, anything goes, all facility’s work, house and rooms are very clean nice roof garden, nice food, side street it’s more or less quiet for this area - excellent performance for a nice price. I’ll come back.

    Pros. Good Service. Clean Rooms. Cheap on Cost. Hot water is available 24 hours. Fridge is available . . Cons. Very Small Rooms. Average Furniture. Congested Rooms. No sunlight. Not much availability of rooms so have to adjust with limited choice of rooms. No Balcony

    I was there only for a night, checked in at 8 PM and left at 5. 30 AM in morning. I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to station and very good rating on tripadvisor. May be their superior rooms are very good, but the regular room I thought was below average. I was not expecting much for the price I was paying, but I've stayed in few hotels for this price and I thought this was not to their standard. . First of all when I reached at 8, the room was not ready. I can understand if it is not ready if you check in early. But at 8 PM how can the room not be ready? I guess that meant they were not maintaining their rooms regularly. But I was still hopeful. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, my fear turned out to be true. The room wasn't well maintained! It looked old and dingy, AC was not working, phone was not working. Phone they replaced immediately, but for AC they said it is quite cool, so not required. I didn't really require it, but I wasn't expecting that answer. In the morning when I woke up at 5:00 AM to take a quick shower, I didn't get hot water! I just wanted to have a cup of tea before leaving, but they didn't have their kitchen open! When I went down to exit the hotel, the main door was locked and there was nobody there. So I had to go up again and call the reception which was in another building. From their somebody came and opened the door Now in just 10 hours if I had this experience, you can imagine the state of the hotel! The only saving grace was the service, which was very good and efficient.
