I was staying at this Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2 for my official trip. Unfortunately, most Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2s were booked or almost booked and I had to choose a Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2 by the fake name but prominently shown as Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2. There were more.. Hospitality Inn Tezpur 1, Hospitality Inn Tezpur 3 etc.... The location of Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2.on the Google map was WRONG. When I reached the location on the Map, there was NO Hotel.. Instead it was an ARMY LOCATION.. Base Hospital... I chose to call the phone number provided in your booking.. . I called this number at least five times. The number rang but no one picked up.. I did not know what to do. Nothing popped up by the name of Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2 on any site.. Sir, Try calling Mr Robin, He won't pick up.. I waited for 30 mins and I finally received a call from him. He said he will call back after confirming the booking.. 20 mins.. no call.. I called back.. he picked up on my 3rd attempt to confirm the booking and promised to call back after confirming with the Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2.. I kept waiting in the cab. I called him back and he picked it up.. He said it;s HOTEL HERITAGE!!!! not Hosptality Inn Tezpur 2. Fortunately, it was nearby... I went to the Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2.. They gave me the worst room for Rs.3300.. The next day I checked, it was the cost of Suite Room that i paid for.. Ok, so I had to continue on the next day. So the Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2 said they would give me a room for 2600 All Inclusive.. with Breakfast. I assumed that Mr. Robin was some manager at the Hotel so he would get me a good deal.. Little did I know that he would fleece me further...He made me go for 3000 All inclusive with All meals.. I paid the amount in his personal account. P The Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2 did not change the room type.. They did not give me water for the second day stay. The Meals were meagre.. and I had to pay extra for everything.. Now comes the funny part. Upon Check-out, Mr. Robin told the Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2 not to give me any bills.. Only a food bill was given to me. There I came to know that Mr. Robin is not from the Hotel.. Mr. Robin promised me he would be giving all the bills.. I told him that the Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2 invoice was not given by the Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2.. MMT clearly says.. Hotel Invoice has to be obtained at the end of all the stays. I still have not got the Hospitality Inn Tezpur 2 invoice for the first day.. and NOTHING for my second days stay. How will I claim??
