According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

Pay at Checkout

If the guest plans to check-in at the hotel after 5:00 pm, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in by 5:00 pm and have not informed the hotel about your late check-in.

Reward Points redemption option is not applicable on bookings made using the "Pay at Checkout" option.

Some hotels might ask for a security deposit of up to 100% of the booking amount at the time of check-in; denial of paying security deposit, may lead to hotelier not allowing check-in.

    We wanted room which was not allocated as AC in the room was not working. We were allotted room number 2 which was infested with white ants and the carpet was eaten by ants. Room was shabby. Next day we were shifted to room and every day had terrible experiences. No hot water early in the morning, hot water was available only after 9:45 am. Till then had to use Compton graves heating rod. Toilet spray was broken and had to use a tunnel with bucket every time have to use toilet. Wash basin use to get clogged up at each use. TaTa sky account was not recharged. One night power to our room was getting tripped constantly till I called company support after which it was fixed. On 8th mid night at 3:30 am there was no water supply. Overall terrible experience, every now and then new maintenance issue use to crop up and the staff was inefficient to fix it.

    OK kind of stay. Difficult to reach the property. For family it might not be good option.
    Reaching to the property was difficult. For food need to go outside. Television was not mounted. Heater was not working 24 hours.

    Extremely uncooperative staff. Before you ask a question, he will say "NO. IT'S NOT AVAILABLE". They kept telling me that they did not receive the payment while I already paid online and had a valid invoice. They do not have any room service even if you are ready to pay for it. Everyone is just doing time pass and chilling. When you arrive here, you are on your own, nobody cares what you want and what you do. My advice, visit only if you want a place to sleep. Do not expect anything else here. Avoid it if you can. There are 100 times better places in the money they charge.
