Hotel Nana's Palace

Location very good. Amenities and service not good at all. Staff untrained. Tv channels not working, breakfast starts after 10 and that too is brought from out.

Basic amenities like soap was not there, I requested whiskey glasses they sent normal glasses, water bottles had to be told to bring, my partner was feeling a little sick and we requested little extension on check out time which was rudely denied by them. Overall below average experience. No wardrobe in room, very congested room and very expensive. Not at all price worthy @

Positive - Good infrastructure and ambience, polite staff, Good restaurant and baar. Location - excellent on night street. Concern - Rooms are small can't dine inside, check-in was given 1/2 hour late., Break fast time is very late about 9/930 am.

Location of the hotel was good but room service was very poor even as I checked in to my room the washroom was dirty and not clean toilet was in very horrible situation Very poor management

Location is in centre from where market and beach are at walking distance everything available once you step out the food quality and service were good overall a pleasant stay

Room not cleaned, mosquito is there

First of all room was great with lots of bugs, then for tea or for breakfast need to wait till 11, if you want to stay here so you have to lazy enough to wake up. That's good that staff was so much loyal we forgot watch and headphones so they inform us and give us back.

The hotel is located in walking distance from the beach, in the middle of shops, hotels. The restaurant is excellent serving all kinds of foods. One can enjoy nice time during the stay there.

Hotel and rooms are well-maintaine, cleaned and senitized. The location wise it's very near to the naini daman beach and the market. Has very good option to explore in shopping market near around. Food was also awesome. Only thing that disappointed us is the breakfast was limited

Decent stay. Location is not very exciting. Bathroom is clean but not getting enough hot water. Wifi service is good. Restaurants is serving good food.
